Surfing only allowed at near the harbor. There is a tide along the harbor-mouth that will take you to the good waves. You need some experience with some decent duck-diving cause the waves are coming fast after each other with shit-loads of foam.
Added comments: Difficult spot to surf, because of the wierd influences of the Nord Sea. Smal waves and big waves go hand in hand. You have to learn to know how to surf it. There are several location to surf. Right side of the Harbour or the left side are the most common places to surf. But jou can travel along the coast to find the perfect spot for the time you are out there. The best days to surf it is when the wind is off-shore. But ther might be nice days with side shore winds and even with low On-shore winds. You just have to have a lot of luck, or meet the right people.
