I am moving to the Netherlands in February for five months. Now surf Pacific NW US. Will there be surf, is my 4/3 suit warm enough? |

5/4 yes, you'll need a hood, and boots that time of yr though....4/3 may be ok but will depend how good your suit is.... |

I wear a 5/3 so yours should be ok, depending on the quality. Holland is not the best surfspot in the world you know so don't be disappointed to see just mushy waves and almost no swell! When we really want to get some nice waves nearest from Holland we go to Brittany, France (La Torche beach), Scotland or Cornwall (UK). But you might get lucky at following Dutch surfspots: Domburg, Scheveningen, Camperduin, Bergen aan Zee... Good luck and have fun, hope you enjoy Holland even without swell! |
