Does anyone know of any places other than the surf camps to stay at las salinas/popoyo area ? Is there places to stay at Madera beach ? Will be in Nicaragua in Dececember any recommendations would be useful. |

hi I'm a Nicaraguan surfer who will take one or two guests at a time, I can rent you very nice rooms with a view, in a $250,000 house just 45 min. from the beach, private bath, maid, internet, free calls to US, coffee and breakfast included all for just $29. Two days one night. Surf the most uncrowded breaks in Nica at the time with us 2 locals,..surifng costs are $49 per person. aldo5@aol.com |

Hi Aldo thanks for the reply I am really looking for somewhere on the beach, are there other places around Madera other than Majagual ? As for the Popoyo area I've heard of Toro surf and La Tica. We are on a tight budget as we are on a longer trip but may be interested in your surf trips possible to contact you in SJDS ? |

There is a place with rooms for rent on the beach at Maderas. From what I've heard its cheep. I dont have any idea how to get ahold of anyone about it.
