Fiji lefts surfing ban« on: October 13 2010 10:10:00 »
July 2010, Fiji left Surfing ban and now every one can surf Cloudbreak, Restaurants, Namotu left etc. freely.
Budget surfer can afford Cloudbreak now?

What is the crowd level there now?

Now surfers are freely surfing every where.
Before, Tavarua guests are only surfing at Cloudbreak, Restaurants.
And Namotu guests are only surfing, Namotu left, Swimming pool and Wilks.
But now, we can see Tavarua guests in Wilks and other breaks.
Namotu guests are in other breaks too.
So when condition is good in every where, surfers are just spreading to all surf breaks and no crowd.
Only when south wind gets too strong to surf in most of the breaks, surfers get together at Restaurants which is behind Tavarua island.

Is it now possible to surf namotu lefts whilst staying at malolo island resort. Does anyone know who to approach at the resort to arrange a boat, the staff there a bit hesitant due to the management?
