I am planning a surf trip to Tamarindo in September and am a beginner having surfed 12 times...I am looking for 3-4 waves.  Is this a good time to travel there, or is there too much rain?

It's a good time to come here, it rains but waves are very good this time of the year, so come over and finish learning!
