You can post a new question from the country page to which the question is relevant to. You don't need to register to post a new question or answer excisting ones
Some simple rules:
Keep it friendly, swearing, insulting etc. will most likely get your message deleted very quickly. We manually monitor the activity on the forum; so spamming users with your new: surf camp ,boat charter , surf accommodation etc. is not wanted.
